Snow Day Payment Policy

Regarding fees, we will be adhering to our Snow Day policy as stated in our Parent Handbook:

"Regular weekly fees are due whether your child attends snow/inclement weather days or not—even in the rare occasion that school is out the entire week." 

We appreciate your understanding in this difficult decision as we are still paying full-time staff and have been navigating lower enrollment/capacity due to the pandemic.

  • Davidson, Montgomery and Rutherford Co. schools will be closed Friday, January 30. Sites in those counties will operate that day. 

  • Davidson Co. schools will be closed Monday, Feb. 2. Sites TBA. 

  • We do not offer snow day care in Sumner County.
