Campers soak up the sun and Brazilian culture as we reach our first stop in Rio de Janeiro. Well-known and respected for its musical history, while in Brazil, campers will have the opportunity to learn how make Brazilian instruments and create their own music.
When the summer heats up, it’s probably best that the kids cool off a bit. During our week in Antarctica, campers explore this unique climate and environment through science activities. As the sun melts the ice, we’ll take some time for some fun water activities.
While we stop in the culturally diverse cities of Johannesburg and Cape Town, campers sing freedom songs, go on a virtual safari and learn some South African dances.
As we stop in China, our world travelers learn about and experiment with the diverse styles of Chinese art and music.
We’ll explore the mysteries of the world’s first civilization when the cruise stops in Egypt. Campers will learn about architecture and astronomy when they tour the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx, and they will also create art as they learn about hieroglyphics.
Campers whet their appetites for tasty, healthy foods as they learn about the ingredients and spices in their favorite Italian cuisine. To prepare their dishes, campers also learn about solar energy and create solar ovens.
During our stay in London, participants will take a tour of Big Ben, and then learn how to make replicas of it.
Home Sweet Home. Campers arrive in Tennessee and showcase what they have learned all summer, with a special family day to end our Summer Adventure.
