Register for YMCA Fun Company

The following are steps to register your child(ren) for Fun Company:

1. Determine which Fun Company site your child/children will attend and open the registration form.

YMCA School Age Services (SAS) Districts:

• SAS Donelson District
• SAS East District
• SAS Harding District
• SAS North Hills District
• Marshall County YMCA
• Maury County YMCA
• Montgomery County YMCA
• Rutherford County YMCA
• Sumner County YMCA
• Williamson County YMCAs

2. Print and complete a separate registration form for each child.

3. Print and complete a separate Child Information Form for each child.

4. If you would like to apply for financial assistance through the YMCA, please print and complete the Financial Assistance Form. Submit the Financial Assistance form with proof of income along with registration form(s) and applicable fees.

5. If you are not applying for financial assistance, please submit all registration forms with applicable registration fees to the YMCA.
